Spices

A spice is by definition a fresh or dried seed, fruit, bark or vegetative substance that can be used as a food additive for aroma, colour, flavour or even as a preservative to kill bacteria and/or prevent their growth. Our organic and conventional range of spices include cinnamon, cardamom, clove,  black and white pepper, nutmeg, turmeric, mace, and ginger- most of which are subject to seasonal availability.
